Box Profile has a modern, squared look with wide valleys; Corrugated is the traditional wavy profile; Versatile mimics ceramic tiles with gentle curves; and Roman Tile offers a bold, classic tile aesthetic with prominent ridges.

2. Which mabati gauge is best for residential roofing?

For most residential homes in Kenya, 28 gauge is the ideal choice as it balances strength, durability, and value for long-term roofing.
If you’re on a tighter budget, you can consider 30 gauge, which is more affordable but slightly lighter.
Gauge 32 is best suited for fencing, temporary structures, or wall cladding, not recommended for roofing because it’s too light to withstand weather conditions.

3. Do you offer custom mabati lengths?

Yes, Leo Mabati provides custom lengths based on your project measurements. Our standard lengths are 2 – 8 meters, but we cut to your exact needs to reduce wastage and save cost.

4. How long does delivery take?

We offer same-day or next-day delivery within Naivasha and surrounding areas. For other parts of Kenya, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days.
