Returns and claims
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.
No returns or exchanges for incorrect gauge, profile, or color once production is approved.
Refunds (if any) are processed within 14 working days after inspection and approval.
Warranties and Liabilities
Leo Mabati Factory provides a warranty against material defects, subject to proper handling and installation.
Warranty is void if:
1. The roof is not installed as per provided guidelines.
2. There is damage due to misuse, harsh chemicals, or poor storage.
3. Natural wear and tear or exposure leads to fading or corrosion.
VARIATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE
These Terms represent the complete agreement between Leo Mabati Factory and the Buyer, and supersede all prior verbal or written negotiations, unless stated otherwise in writing and signed by both parties.Leo Mabati Factory reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. We are not liable for delays or inability to perform obligations due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, transport strikes, or government restrictions.
